It depends on what you are trying to capture.
If it is coming in over a firewire, I believe that Premiere Pro can be enticed to capture it.
What is your camera? If not DV or HDV you may have to buy a card for the PC that can capture from the HDMI output, or Component output if it only has that.
Prelude can't capture anything, Bill. OnLocation is the now defunct capture utility. Prelude only works for media already on the hard drive.

Third-party hardware such as offered by Matrox, Black Magic, and AJA will offer various video and audio inputs to capture your event "live" to the hard drive of the Mac, ready for editing or encoding for other purposes (DVD, web, etc.) with Adobe software such as Premiere, Media Encoder and Encore.
