Creative Cloud icon not showing

Since I updated to the latest version of Creative Cloud, the icon has stopped appearing in the notification area, even though I can see in Task Manager that it is running. So, if I need access, I need to open from Start menu.

Any ideas?

Windows 7 64

Hi RA pender,

Please check if Creative Cloud is not set to hidden in notification area.

No it was set to show notifications. Also, when I tried to change it to "always show", I got the error message that the icon wasn't running

Please check if the option is checked in the preferences of Creative Cloud desktop.

I had the same problem last week. I deinstalled the old one and reinstalled it. After this I got the icon back. Maybe it solve your problem also.
