Hi A12E3 refers to download error. Please follow the mentioned steps:
1. Disable security software(antivirus/Firewall) from your machine and try downloading again. If still the same error
2. Navigate to C/Program Files(X86)/Common Files/Adobe/ OOBE and rename to OOBE.old and try to download again
3. Restart your machine and try downloading again.
