I'm not sure if I should post this here or on the Cloud installation forum.
I have CS6 Master Collection and Pr CS6 has been running fine. I'm currently running the Pr Cloud trial. On my main PC, I've downloaded P rCC and edited a small project without any technical problems. But Pr CC "Stops working" a few seconds after the splash screen appears everytime I try to open it on my laptop, which is frustrating as Pr is the key software for me and I want to take it on the road in a couple of days....

Any advice would be welcome please: should I uninstall and re-install Pr or would that make matters worse? If I should uninstall, should I also uninstall CS6 Functional Content that seems to have been downloaded also?
I'm not a diploma holding geek when it comes to the internal PC plumbing.

This is could be issue with the Graphics drivers,
Please try to install the latest drivers for the NVIDIA Quadro K3000M with 2GB GDDR5
Click here to download the latest Nvidia Drviers.
Please update if it works or not.
THe drivers seem to have solved the issue and Pr is opening now. Fortunately, as this is a new machine, I contacted Dell and it took them a few hours to uninstall and re-install updates...
