bouncing spark TitleWindow title (Apache 4.10)

      i have a simple spark TitleWindow holding an MX Progressbar (indeterminate) that's popped during some heavy data loading. we've observed the title "bouncing around" (changing location and style):

      the component itself is pretty simple:

      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

      <s:TitleWindow xmlns:fx="http://ns.adobe.com/mxml/2009"

                                       xmlns:s="library://ns.adobe.com/flex/spark"

                                       xmlns:mx="library://ns.adobe.com/flex/mx"

                                       close="PopUpManager.removePopUp(this);"

                                       cornerRadius="6"

                                       alpha="1"

                                       height="60" width="300"

                                       title="{progressTitle}"

                                       borderAlpha="1">

                <s:layout>

                          <s:VerticalLayout clipAndEnableScrolling="false" gap="10" paddingBottom="5" paddingLeft="5" paddingRight="5" paddingTop="5"

                                                                    verticalAlign="middle" horizontalAlign="center"/>

                </s:layout>

                <fx:Script>

                          <![CDATA[

                                    import mx.managers.PopUpManager;

                                    [Bindable] public var progressTitle:String;

                          ]]>

                </fx:Script>

            <mx:ProgressBar id="progressBar" indeterminate="true" height="15" trackHeight="15" width="275" label=""/>

      </s:TitleWindow>

      its not a show stopper but users find it annoying. any ideas?

      thanks.
