Try this :
1-Rename the "OOBE" folder to "OOBEOLD" in:
64 bits: C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Commons files \ Adobe \ OOBE \
2-Reinstall Application Manager from :
retry the update .
If it doesn't wrok:
Delete extension manager folder from :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe
Reinstall it manually from:
