I have recently bought a Student and Teacher version of Adobe Premiere Elements 11 Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 & the Media Markt Würzburg.
In the box was a yellow note with a link and a code to get the serial number. A few days later, I was on vacation in Würzburg, I have followed the instructions on the paper the next day and got the serial number for both products. However, when I run the setup and serial number text box that just as you sent me is the fact that the serial number is invalid. I have tried everything, what my error using Adobe recommends as Enter again, wait a day and try again ... However, it is still not working. Maybe someone can help me with this problem.

I agree with John T. Smith that your activation process can only be addressed by Adobe.
I have found Adobe Chat to take care of this matter in minutes when the following link is used...
When the page opens, click on the "I still need help". That will bring up the Adobe Chat pop up to begin the communication between you and Adobe Chat.
