I shot 1080 60i. Talking head. Green screen. Replaced with simple green background. In Premiere when I render and play, it looks fine. I exported as Quicktime, HD 1080i 29.97, H.264...
The problem is that horizontal lines show as my talent moves her head.
Is it the problem, that I shot at 60 and exported at 30? I could find an option to export as 60...I know interlaced is with horizontal lines...I should have shot "progressive" but now it's over. Oh yes, I'm on a Mac, Premiere CS6...
It will show on a large screen at an event.
I am playing with different export options now cause I have a feeling that's the problem.
Someone please help. Thank you.

For interlaced footage, they're actually the same thing. 1080i/30, or 30i for shorthand, is the correct nomenclature. 10080i/60 (or 60i) is the incorrect method used by a lot of camera makers, causing a lot of confusion.
The issue is probably that your footage is Upper Field First and you mistakenly exported as Lower Field First.
