You definitely can't do it in InDesign.
The question is whether you can do it in CSS because there really is NO PAGE SIZE. The "pseudo page" dynamically changes with the viewer window and the size and font selected by the user. My guess is no.
I see. So how do people lay out the copyright page in ePubs?
I just treated as a separate page in the book, making sure there's a break before and after so it stands by itself in the ePub.
Right -- that's what I've been doing -- just a separate page. But it
bothers me a little, sitting there at the top like that. Maybe it's just
because I'm so familiar with it at the bottom of a page in a regular book.
I wonder if there's some way of doing something with a "div" element?
