Have you tried an export? You can't rely on the Monitors in PP for quality control. They aren't designed for that.
Ya I tried 2 exports, 1 at raytraced quality 10 and another at 25 but both came out grainy from premiere. What's really confusing is that it looks pretty good in the after effects preview window but crappy in premiere, which tells me there's something in premiere that's causing it.

Might be worth checking in the AE forum for some thoughts. I don't use Ray-Tracing enough to troubleshoot it.
If nothing else, you can always skip Dynamic Link and export out of AE.
