Export of .mov files blurry off and on

I have exported some animation files from Anime Studio Pro 9 as .mov files and they look great when played back. Crisp lines and everything is in focus. When I take them into Premiere the still look great in the preview window, but when I export them they come out blurry. And the other strong part is the blurriness seems to come and go in the export.

I really don't have any preference on what export setting I use. I just want it to still looke good and crisp. Eventually the plan is to burn these onto DVD's but I can't even get the export to look good at this point.

      Thank you for any assistance.
