I've noticed that someone else has this prob too...
I placed PPCC in adminstrator mode and I'm still not getting any joy.
I'm not going to fool with the bios as PPCC worked fine before this latest update so It's not my machines problem.
AE and Photoshop all work fine.
I have Invidea graphics in this laptop so it's not an AMD problem eather.

That's actually not the latest version. You should update.

The CC App manager says that I'm up to date, and I just had a cruise through Adobes support pages, and they all tell me to use the CC App manager???

What is the OS and version ?
What is the Graphics Card installed on the system ?
How much Ram do you have ?
Do you use any external Hard Drive ?
7.0.1 is the latest version. The CC desktop app should not show up to date if you're not running that version. Are you connected to the Internet? What happens if you run Help>Updates...from within PP?
The program dosn't load completely.

Tried everything I've read in the similar posting apart from fooling with bios.
All I want to do now is dial back to the previous version that worked fine on my system.
I'd try fooling with the BIOS first.
I'm not fooling about with the Bios.
I didn't change anything, Adobe did.
