Help with CRM and such...

I have been contemplating hiring a freelance BC designer.  I have great design skills, and can build out great looking sites, but when it comes to adding complex functions - well, let's just say I'm a little challenged. I do have some understanding of the process but somewhere in that process I seem to get lost.

Presently I have a lot of work and I can handle the easier sites, but I have one in particular that is a pretty serious site to build.  I was hoping to find someone to help me learn some of the more complex features such as adding CRM, forms, calendars, etc., how to add them to Muse created sites or regular BC sites.  I've looked at the learning videos several times, but they really don't explain the process from start to finish so while I know how to grab the content blocks, I just don't know what to do with them afterwards! I know, it's not good.

Does anyone know where I can place an ad for some help. I'm only interested in finding someone with BC experience right now. I don't want to be inundated with calls and emails from those who don't even know what BC is so I hesitate to use the online help pages.

I'd appreciate any suggestion.
