Installing Flash Player

Would someone please help me install flash player to my computer? It is Windows 7.

Download the installers from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_hea... (under the heading Progress bar hangs...) and save them to disk, then close all browser windows and run the downloaded installers.
