We are a bit nervous to add anyone that is not employed with Dept of Defense, the information is personal service member info. Can you walk me through troubleshooting instead?
I am going to Summary Report and Clicking on Download to PDF....but it does not seem to upload the info, several of us at tried to do this with the same result. Is there another way, or something else we can try?
I understand. How many responses have you receive? How many tiles do you have in your report? How many questions do you have on your form?
Let try to narrow the problem down. One thing you can do is do a duplicate of your form in the Dashboard (click on the Duplicate button in My Forms). When asked, do NOT copy the responses. Then in that duplicate form just manually add a few responses manually then try to generate the report. Maybe you can share that duplicate with me (since it won't have the data) if you are still experiencing issues.
