    Licensing for this product has stopped working

      Neither Photoshop nor InDesign will open. I get this error message about licensing has stopped working. I am using an Intel iMac with OS 10.8. I looked up the instructions for fixing the problem on Adobe's web site and was instructed trash two files and then to download and run LicenseRecovery111 only to encounter another error message. It is a PowerPC program and won't run under OS 10.8. I have spent over four hours in three chat sessions without finding a solution. Surely there must be a version of this LicenseRecovery program that will run under OS 10.8.
