- Are you the author of the form? Are trying to receive notifications to the same address as your AdobeID account?
- Are Notifications turned on in the Options Tab > Email Notifications section?
- Is your email listed in to To field?
- Is there a FormsCentral account for that email address?
If you are not the author of the form or if you are using a different email than your Adobe ID then after the author adds the email to the notification list make sure you create a FormsCentral account with that email address first (can be a free account), confirm/verify your email and accept the Terms of Usage. Only then you'll be able to receive notifications at that email address.
Yes, I'm the author of the form and I expected the generic notification to be sent to that email but none is coming through. I also see that there is a place on the settings page to enter a custom notification email but that is grayed out unless I upgrade. I just want at least one, generic email to be sent to me so that I can know when a user submits a form.
Here's my screen shots:
Your Thoughts? Thanks!
I assumed that meant for multipl/additional or customized email notifications. lol. Who would ever use this service in the free version form if there's no way to even know when you have a user submit a form?? Seriously, Adobe's other products are so great, I'm shocked they would even offer a version of this with zero notification capabilities.
Is there any way at all to be notified in the free version?
Sorry there isn't. You would need to log in FormsCentral and from the dashboard (My Forms) you can see if there has been any new submissions since the last time you opened the form.
