I hope this is not a stupid question:  I just downloaded the most current version of Flash Player, but need the plug-in.  Could you please tell me how to download the most current version of the flash player plug-in?  Thanks.

It's not a stupid question at all. The Flash Player IS a plugin. The thing is... for Windows there are TWO (2) different plugins. One is for Internet Explorer, the other is for other browsers.

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Depending on which browser you use, if you've downloaded the latest Flash Player and installed it, you HAVE the latest plugin.
