PM allowed for fake italics. InDesign doesn't.

So I'll probaly have to go through the orignal PDF I was sent and put in italics manually?
Well, if we consider Windows 7 or 8 a modern OS (both 32- and 64-bit flavors) then PM7 does install and run on them.
I'm using Mac OS X Version 10.7.5 if that means anything...
Totally out of touch with Mac OS anymore and what may or may not install on the various flavors, sorry.
Bob had already answered the question as regards to the italics. So I was just poking fun at him about the modern OS thing.

I'm sure some have gotten it to work but about the only posts that we
ever see on the PM forum are about how to get it to work on Win 7 so I
really don't recommend it.
As for Mac, there is no way to install PM on anything that won't run
rosetta. So you can forget 10.7.
