Why am I being denied file access when trying to load CS4 from a disc?

My laptop was recently infected and therefore wiped clean and re-loaded with Vista.

I have tried to load my copy of CS4 from the disc but get the message file access denied.

Anyone any ideas?

I've tried another laptop - same message - and my Lightroom loads ok.
