I bought a new computer that has Windows 8 operating system. Flash player videos have poor sound. It goes low and is muffled. I've tried the troubleshooting I've read about and the computer manufacturer gave up and wants me to do a soft restore. I don't want that. Any way to fix the problem? Thanks.
I should add that I can play music from my files and using Windows Media Center and other players. It's only Flash Player that has the trouble.
