Nobody can say anything wiothout system information. Generally such errors mean that there are compatibility problems and your system may not meet the system requirements, but could also be some tool like a virus scanner simply blocking access to files and system functions.

It was working perfectly before but after lending it to a friend to register and get the license for me.. It came back and upon opening it all I get is this error.
