This quote is from Adobe's list of supported cameras. I don't know if it is applicable in your situation or not:
*** Note: Camera Raw doesn't support compressed MOS files from Leaf or Mamiya cameras. If you can't open your MOS file in Camera Raw, try using a camera proprietary converter to remove the compression from the files. (Proprietary converters include Leaf Raw Converter or Phase One Capture One.)
That might be the solution for the Problem. I did shoot the pic as compressed raws. I will change the camera setting and see wether it helps.
Frank, I know this is kinda old, but just in case you didn't find out yet, you can open compressed files in Lightroom, but if you want to use compressed you need to take one extra step, open Leaf Capture, select all images, change any parameters on them (I normally just flag them), save them and they will open in Photoshop or Lightroom.
