    Fixing corrupted file by reinstallation - how do I do it?

      Update has failed several times. The update log states a file is corrupt and the program needs to be re-installed. How do I do this?

          What program and OS?  What browser?

           

          Do you have a fast or slow connection?

            MAcBookPro, Photoshop CS6, OSX ver 10.8.4, fast connection.

            It goes all the way through the process to 100% and then fails at the end.

              My browser is Firefox.

              I was using the creative cloud app for the update. It defaults back to that if I attempt to redownload the program from the website in Firefox wihtout downloading (just opens the app instead).
