German version - I have to update PS CC and Ai CC after every reboot.
Mac: iMac 27" Mid 2011 - OSX10.8.4
Any answer would be highly appreciated!

Please try to sign out and sign in from creative cloud app, click on the Gear icon>> Preferences>> Account and click on Sign out. Let us know if this fix the problem.

Thank you, but unfortunately signing out of cloud app did not help (for me).
As soon as I sign in, the Updates are here again.
Other Ideas?

I testet something with Dreamweaver CC. Before the update i had version 13.1 Build 6443. Then I do the update of Dreamweaver CC and the cc manager said "Dreamweaver CC is updatet". But whenn I start Dreamweaver again i have still version 13.1 Build 6443.

I used Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to uninstall Dreamweaver and then reinstalled Dreamweaver via Creative Cloud App
I then restarted Creative Cloud App
I got a Update-Notification for Dreamweaver but NOT MORE for InDesign
I run the update for Dreamweaver -- but when I restart Creative Cloud App I get the Updates again.
But there are no more update-notes for InDesign - so its fixed!?
So just for fun i uninstalled InDesign and reinstalled it again, maybe that would fix the update issue for Dreamweaver, since reinstalling Dreamweaver seemed to fix it for InDesign.

Well, after reinstalling InDesign i signed out of Creative Cloud App, restarted it, signed in
- drumroll -
there are update notifications for Dreamweaver AND InDesign.
But wait! This time the InDesign-Update seems different, "DSP-Tools … ", so i ran the Update, restarted CloudApp …
… and get again Update Notes for Dreamweaver AND InDesign.
Note how the Cloud App says "1 Update" (red button), but there are TWO Apps with Updates in the list.
My Dreamweaver-Version ist 13.1 Build 6443
InDesign Version 9.0 (no Build)
Looking forward for a solution.

I'm having the exact same problems! I've done the update several times for InDesign CC, Premiere Family CS6, Dreamweaver CC and Flash CS6.
I'm running Mac OS X Mountain Lion on a late 2009 iMac. I've tried similar steps to the above and also no luck.
Looking forward to a resolution to this issue or any info that may help solve this problem.

me too. I have installed the Photoshop CC Update 14.1 and it´s running fine, but the creative cloud app shows me the update over and over again. The same with the Extension Manager update.
The Update Messages for Dreamweaver and InDesign are gone after the last creative cloud app update.

Would be great to get a answer from the Adobe Support.

Please try the mentioned steps:
Navigate to:
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0 and rename it to 1.0.old
Enable hidden library: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html
Enable root account: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH11331 and navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0 and rename it to 1.0.old .
Restart your machine and log in back to your regular account and updates should not show up.
