Please look for Muse in your machine and uninstall it if present. Run the cleaner tool: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html and remove any ruminants of Muse. Enable root account: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528 in case of Mac. Download CC desktop and try to install Muse: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud .
Please refer the kb for Exit Code 7: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/errors-exit-code-6-exit.html .
Muse never completed the install process as it errored out.
Went to control panel couldn't find Muse so started the clean up tool and Muse wasn't on the list of items to clean. The only items listed was my cloud and other products I have that are working fine. So I quit cleaner as I didn't want it to clean the current products. Or should I uninstall everything run cleaner then start from scratch?
