I had read that and able to understand the report of different section. OK I explain you teh actual scenario that what I am doing and where I am lacking.
→ We are doing the conversion of an existing web application (Flash-AS2) for mobile device (Adobe air).
→ We have creadted an app (adobe air) in which diferenet flash content (adobe air) runs on devices.
→ As the flash content which has been converted from AS2 to adobe air have the same graphics & audios that it originally have. So that we can't do anything in that.
→ Now from app point of view we just want to test.
So please provide some suggestions regarding that.
Scout doesn't support profiling of AS2 - it'll show you how much time is spent executing AS2, but you can only view what's happening inside your code if you're running AS3.
You can't expect any existing Flash content to perform well as an AIR app without doing any modifications - graphics and rendering have a big impact on mobile performance, and something that works well on the desktop may be too costly for mobile. Scout will show you which areas are performing badly (e.g. rendering, vs script execution) - it's up to you to fix it.
