Tracking Values in Photoshop CC

Since upgrading to Photoshop CC I cannot change my tracking values. If I type in 100 it shows 57; if I type in 200 it shows 118. Anybody got any ideas on how to remedy this?

This is a genuine bug that occurs with certain fonts, negative values and/or optical kerning.
