- What OS are you running?
- Did the trial work for you?
- Has the 30-day trial period run out?
- As you mention your S/N, I assume that you bought the full-paid version, and received the S/N either in the packaging, or via an e-mail from Adobe. Is that correct?
- When you attempt to activate your trial with your S/N, do you get any error, or warning messages?
- If so, what do they say?
What are you trying to do? Enter a purchased serial number from an Adobe online purchase of the program into Premiere Elements 11 tryout?
Did you purchase boxed version 11 and trying to use the serial number from that for your Premiere Elements 11 tryout?
