Flash player question

Hello, I am in need of help fast!!! My Dell computer is 5 years old still has 95% empty useable space in it and I use it for my bills and just silly little games. For some reason I can not get Flash player or updates on any of my Adobe products. I have gone through Bright House to see if it is on their side, they sent me to Road Runner to see if they could help, they sent me to McAfee to see if they could help. There is no end to my frustration! I just want flash to download as easy asit use to. Can you help me??? Thank you Cindy Brittin
