What do you mean separate?
when i drag the file onto the timeline, only 1 of the audio clips of the 2 appears. how do i make both show up.
Try Mapping the Audio differently.
Click on clip in the Project Wiondow/Bin
I just Googled for FICV Codec because I had never seen it mentioned before, and it seems to be a codec from a screen capture program
Does that screen capture program have a codec you can download... or have you already done so?
Does that screen capture program have different output settings that you may test?
You are correct. the screen capture program used is called Action! (Link:http://mirillis.com/en/products/action.html)
I have not downloaded anything to support these files, so that might be where im going wrong.
currently im browsing the forums and contacting the support staff about the issue and a download.
The only thing i found but i dont know that will be of use(im not very knowledgable in this area.) is http://forum.mirillis.com/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=12625
Would something like that help premiere pro?
the only alternative output setting i found was from avi to mp4. But i could not improve any results.
Says "FIC DirectShow decoder"
I don't know if PPro will work with a DirectShow product (I edit AVCHD from a camera)
