I don't know of any other options.
However, Suite Spot will need to confirm this but I just visited his download site and all seems normal there to me--are you going to http://www.aatranslator.com.au/ses2sesx.html for the download?
Thanks Bob, I went to the link you indicated and tried to download. “The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found.” Joe
Just tried it and I get similar.
However, I don't know of any plans by Suite Spot to stop providing the software (he's only just changed it to freeware) so have to suspect it's a tech fault that'll be fixed eventually.
Come to think of it, I haven't seen him around for a short while so wonder if he's on holidays or something.
Holidays Bob? - I wish LOL
Currently inundated with stuff - you know that stuff that needs doing (recording, programming, etc) ;-)
Short answer is that I pulled it offline a little while back to make some changes and now I'm currently reviewing its future.
Sorry for the inconvenience
I’d be happy to pay. Really need ses2sesx. Joe
Bob, Thank you for your help. Joe
Sorry to renege on an offer but Suite Spot has contacted me privately
and asked me to not send out a copy of his software.
However, if you contact him via his site and offer a donation, he says
he'll send you a copy of the latest version.
(There might be an automated "due to lack of support I've stopped
providing this" message first but, if you reply to that with an offer to
pay, you should be okay.)
Reading between the lines, he's a bit annoyed at the lack of donations
and the hassles he's had providing support and updates.
Anyhow, sorry not to send it to you directly but I have to respect Suite
Spot's wishes on this one.
Thanks again Bob. Joe
Received an e-mail from Bob Howes and was happy to make a donation via PayPal. I know this is probably a hassle for you, but I truly appreciate it. Thanks, Joe
and what of those that already had the software, but lost it in a drive crash or whatnot?
kinda lame to have to pay for something I already had. oh well...
even lamer that Adobe doesn't offer this conversion for free.

If you already had the software (for free) then you probably realise the value of it and you can determine if it is worth paying for it.
If you have already paid for it and you lost it then feel free to contact me directly.
I just bought the software, but i am not able to install it. After double clicking Ses2Sesx_1_6_6.zxp the Adobe Extention Manager CS6 is opening and I get following error message: "Die Erweiterung ist ungültig. Die Erweiterung wird nicht installiert." which means that the extention is invalid and it will not be installed. The only available button is "ok".
So what can I do right now? I just payed € 40!
Contact SuiteSpot directly (or wait; he'll see this). But, having had some trouble myself with products failing to install under the latest Windows 'upgrade', I strongly suspect Microsoft at this point as being the guilty party. Hopefully SuiteSpot will be able to resolve this for you in fairly short order.
I feel your pain - you should have received in your download folder a zip file which contains an executable installation file
Not only does this, apparently, not always happen but Adobe insist on calling the application a 'plugin' which of course it is not but rather it is a standalone executable application.
