    trouble resetting activations when get message too many activations.


      I seem to have trouble resetting my adobe account.  I have a b&n nook.  With cleveland public library, cleveland oh, now using the overdrive app in place of adobe reader.  I've experienced some trouble.  What I can't seem to do is to get adobe to reset my activation.  It seems that it should be a simple task, but there's no easy way to get there and get it done.
