The Adobe Flash Plugin has crashed

I was on Omegle, and where the cams are along the left it came up with this 'The Adobe Flash Plugin has crashed. Reload the page to try again.'

What is wrong??  Please help thank you

Unzip it and double clikc the deepclean_set file.

When your disk cleanup opens, check EVERY box in the list and click OK to close it.

Double click the deepclean_run file and let the disk cleanup run.

This will clear out a bunch of files in your Temp folder that are more than likely causing the crashes.
