Our department is transitioning from CS5.5 to 6 and some people are having issue reopening InDesign once they close out of it.
They're having to restart their computers (Windows) to get back into it. A message doesn't pop up, it just doesn't open. The rest of the creative suite works just fine.
Is it because 5.5 is still on the machine? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!
Has nothing to do with 5.5.
I see this occasionally, and it's faster to go to Task Manager and open the Processes tab, then find InDesign.exe, right click and End Process Tree.
