I am new to Premiere Pro CC and working with video clip of different formats. Some of my clip are HD video in .mov and some are screen captures in MPEG-4 format. What's happening is that when I view the MPEG-4 clips in the time line, they show jittery vibrations. If I change the settings, then the MPEG-4 clips look OK.....but, then the .mov clips are jittery. Any idea as to how I might remedy this so that I can export my movie? Thanks
What are the frame rates of the two video types?
Is one of them progressive, and the other interlaced?
If so, this could potentially cause the 'jitter' you are seeing.

A screenshot from one of the applications often helps.
Yes, the frame rates are different. I think I've solved the problem by simply rendering the clips which did not match the sequence settings.
