Did you re-install CS6 MC from your disks?
Your screenshot looks like a CC installation screen...
the menu includes "Start my subscription".
If your disks are damaged...
you can download the trial version of 'Perpetual License' CS6 MC here:
CS6 Trial Download - where can I find it?
If you already own a license for CS6 MC, this trial download can be
updated and authorized online by using your existing serial number(s).
Perfect for backing up your boxed DVDs.

nescio nomen Sep 1, 2013 6:27 AM (in response to joe bloe premiere)ESD delivery.
Actually I have two CS6 MC versions, both ESD, and both show the same behaviour.
This is ridiculous.

Ann Bens Sep 1, 2013 6:55 AM (in response to nescio nomen)Wipe everything clean, use Cleaner tool as Barsik says and reinstall.
Its not uncommen for a trial to mess thing up.

nescio nomen Sep 1, 2013 7:11 AM (in response to Ann Bens)Done. Still no deal. At least without updates. That is gonna take another couple of hours, but without the updates still the same problem, despite removing everything Adobe and running the CleanerTool.
PS works, but AI and PR not.

nescio nomen Sep 1, 2013 9:50 AM (in response to nescio nomen)Even after deleting everything Adobe, running the Cleaner Tool, reinstalling, rebooting, updating and everything, nothing works. I'll try to contact Adobe tomorrow, but given their track record of support, I'm pretty confident all I can do is a complete reformat and reinstall of OS and programs, without anything CC.
Jeez, this sure looks another major screw-up from Adobes side. You can buy CS6, but you can't use it unless you get a subscription.
This really p*sses me off.

shooternz Sep 1, 2013 2:04 PM (in response to nescio nomen)Why did you delete CS6 in the first instance?

That is not true.
You can add your serial number to a trial copy and it will turn into a registered copy with no subscription required.
That fact that your system has a problem and you can't download the trial is not necessarily Adobe's fault. Maybe, but maybe not.
