Bought Premiere Pro CS6 on line yesterday, but when I select the DOWNLOAD button from my orders page, nothing happens. Any ideas?
Try using a different browser like Firefox.

Thank you and also John Smith for your replies. Ann, your response was spot-on, which was to use a different browser such as Firefox. By the time I saw your email, and at the suggestion of Live Chat help I had already downloaded and used Mozilla (instead of IE10) which worked like a charm.
Of course it took me about 4 hours to finally get it done, but it now works I'm glad to say!
