Why not let translator see the film with the titles..then they can create a Word or Excel file with there translations. (Saves someone a bit of typing at least in one stage)
You can then use those in a Copy and Paste woklfolw if you need to.

Is this still valid today? Adobe Captivate has a way to export all text captions to a Word document. You let the translator translate the second column, they send you the document back, and when you import the document, it "magically" changes all your captions to the translated language. Is there anything equivalent in Premiere Pro CC?
