Sounds like your system just isn't powerful enough to handle the HD media in reverse. It should be fine when you export, though. And you can always render for smoother editing playback.

I need smoothness using HD media in reverse during editing without render.
Yeah, it's still possible that's just not enough for smooth reverse speed playback in real time.
Why this problem still in premier pro cs 6.
But when i use the another software (Edius 6), i have no problem HD media in reverse. its run smoother editing playback wihout render.
Edius is a different program. How it performs will have no effect on what PP can do.
