Have you ensured that your computers have the latest version of Quicktime?
We have the latest version. Also if it was related to the Quicktime version being used would it not fail for any account not just non admin accountns?
I think you will have to contact Adobe, not other users in a user to user account
My understanding is that ALL versions of Premiere... Elements and Pro... must use an Admin account to run properly

Well we have the Pro version also which is in use and worked fine under the same non admin user context. We had to permit access to some registry keys and folders but this works fine now. Its the Elements version that is now causing an issue.
