I've installed and deleted and re-installed the latest version of Adobe Flash several times. I've tried it on Firefox and IE it's not working for either one. I've made sure it was enabled on both. I've even uninstalled my Adobe pro (now I can't get that to work either but that's another discussison) I'm using Windows 7 pro, Firefox and IE.
I'm banging my head against the wall. I really need this dang thing to work. Someone help me please!

The Flash Player uninstaller executes on both 64-bit and 32-bit version of the Windows operating systems.
Save the file in a location where you can find it easily after you restart your computer. For example, save it on your Windows desktop.
