I just signed up for CC and downloaded Premiere and it crashes when I launch. I see the logo, then it says it has stopped working.

I have a brand new computer, it's an ASUS all of my drivers are up to date, as far as I can tell.
I have been chatting with help from the live person adobe chat. They have even logged onto my computer a few times to try to remotely fix it. I can't figure out what is going on. So frusterated.
All the other programs work fine. Just Premiere. I really dont want to have to edit in AE, but my project is due soon.
