I tried to open 2 emails in order to work on the form and when I forgot the password and
requested a email to be sent with password, it did not come. I checked spam and waited
Since this did not work, I tried another email I had set up with formscentral and it did not
work as well.
Are you still experiencing this problem? If so, please resubmit the password-reset request again and wait a little longer. Very rarely we had experienced a delay of more than 30 min.
In addition to your Inbox, please check your other mailbox folders, such as Junk/Spam mails, filtered mails...
