If the image as the same copy your image to clipboard
Use GREP Find and Change
Find: $ (end of paragraph) or \Z (end of story)
change to: $0~c (clipboard contents formatted)
If this is something that you do often for this and other clients, you should invest in a copy of IndyFont.
Here's an article from InDesign Secrets that shows how to do it.
Your grep won't work because you are finding a location, not actual text. It will work, however, if you add a . before the locations, as .$ or .\Z so that you are finding the very lats character at the location.

Thanks for your input everyone, I had to get it to print immediately so I ended up doing it manually but for the next run I'll look at the grep.
Sandee, that looks interesting, but I don't think it's something I use often enough to justify the cost.
