Segregate CRM to different salesman

100% sure this can't be done in BC, but here goes....

Is there any way to segregate the CRM to say 5 different salesmen? i.e each admin user (salesman) who logs in can only get access to their contacts,

and see only the details of their assigned cases / customer records..

Any ideas welcome....

Hey there. No this is not possible at this time in BC.

Not possible on BC, but with BC yes if you use the API and an external app you would have to make with database to track which entity ID's belong to whom and get your sales guys to login to the external system so they can only see what they are suppose to.

I already do something simular for orders for a client of mine that has 20 stores, we assign orders to the closest store to the customer and only that store can see their orders. HQ can see everything of course.

Everything is possible i guess.... if you have the $$$ to back it up.
