    import pdf data form to indesign. How do it?

      hi, I'm looking for a solution to a problem.
      how to import form data in indesign to format them and reposition it at my leisure?

      for example:

       

      Ihave a pdf form wich some fields: name, surname, date of birth, place of birth ect. (john / smith / 10/10/1970  /  new york

       

      after I must to import this data in a indesign document in obdget and formatted:

       

      SMITH John

      born in NEW YORK to 10/10/1970

       

      and so the other names...until 30 names in coloum...and untill 20 coloum.

       

      every name's list is a pdf different pdf forms.

       

      I tried using xml but I was able to import only one list from one pdf forms.

          Open PDF form on Acrobat Pro and try Save As (there's more option you can choose), then import the data in indesign.

            Search Google for terms like "create spreadsheet from acrobat form data" without quotes for details. And/or ask in the Acrobat forum.
