How to upload a video longer than 15 minutes in Youtube?  Our Youtube act is configured for that.

What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running on?

Be that as it may, you cannot upload your Premiere Elements Timeline content in excess of 15 minutes to YouTube

from within the Premiere Elements sharing's /Online/YouTube. Max. duration is 15 minutes.

For Timeline in excess of 15 minutes, export your Timeline content to a file saved to the computer hard drive and then

upload the file to YouTube at the YouTube web site.

With more details from you, I can offer you some export details for that file saved to hard drive for this purpose.

          Thanks.

            Thanks for your help.

We have Adobe Premier Element 11.  We are using Windows 8.

Please help us with export details as to what format we need to save etc.  The recording we have done is in HD.

            Thanks for your help.

              Thanks for the follow up.

I would need more information to fine tune the following, such as source media properties, project preset....

But, here is the start of the information at this stage....

              Publish+Share

              Computer

              AVCHD

              and then Presets to consider

YouTube Widescreen HD (the default is 1280 x 720.....)

YouTube Widescreen SD (the default is 640 x 360....)

Both have Advanced Button/Video Tab and Audio Tab where export settings can be customized.

With more information, I can narrow those settings down further.

              Thanks.
