Windows 7 professional
Adobe Photoshop CS6 (more details below)
I have a fairly large PSD file (255 mb) that crashes after selecting print from the file menu but before the print dialog comes up. I tried saving it as tif and jpg out of curiosity, same problem.
I opened other large files, no issue.
Do the details below give you any information on what might be causing the problem? Had a full color event poster I needed to print and get put out in town today... no go... Thanks for you help!

What about image size?
Try to reduce the resolution or the size of the image and recheck the problem...
or Try to change the default printer to another one then retry...
It should be a printer driver issue or similar...
I did try changing the default printer in my control panel and then going in and changing it manually in PS and that didn't work either... I can't even get to the print dialog.
I did completely update photoshop to make sure it was current. that didn't help.
I have another 11x17 full size doc full color, similar file size, that printed just fine... I'm going to try to open it in AI and get it that way...
Thanks for your help.
