I wasn't looking very good to general forums (didn't see them).
Thanks for pointing me the right locations. I Posted the question over there and I am also chatting with Adobe at the moment. Hopefully they have a solution for this.

It seems to be a question and issue that comes up virtually daily by Creative Cloud users in the Creative Cloud forum. So sadly you are not alone and even more sad the issue persists vs Adobe actually resolving it. I have seen this and related issues as consistent questions by users for at least a year in the CC forum.
